Conditions of Vokamio's free beta. Version 2026-09-10.v2.
1. Service provider
Vokamio is provided by [Controller name to be completed], at [Address to be completed]. For support and questions about these terms: [Contact email to be completed].
2. What Vokamio provides
Vokamio is a practice tool for freelancer work conversations about fees, extra requests and availability. Scenarios can be guided, free conversation or customised within the supported types.
You interact with fictional characters. Some responses and comments are AI-generated. The debrief describes observed choices using an experimental rubric. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and does not promise a particular result with a real client.
The interface and practice scenarios are available in Italian and English. A saved run keeps its starting language. Optional dictation, local read-aloud and home-screen installation depend on browser and device support. Sign-in, AI and saving require an internet connection. This beta is a web app, not an App Store or Google Play product.
3. Account and access conditions
You must be at least 18, provide a valid email address and use a personal account. Protect your credentials and report unauthorised access.
Starting a free conversation requires signing in and confirming the terms and acknowledgement of the privacy notice. Guided scenarios can be explored without using run credits, subject to site access settings.
4. Free trial and Tester plan
The first six-lesson path is included in the beta after access and legal confirmations. Lessons do not use runs; the limit is 20 AI attempts per UTC day, including requests that encounter service errors. The final challenge uses one run from the available balance. Completion records practice, not certification.
The trial includes one free-conversation run from the catalog. The free Tester plan is limited to 10 invited participants and includes 10 additional runs, including custom runs. The seat is assigned to an email address and is non-transferable.
Feedback is optional and is not work performed for the provider. Participation does not create a paid renewal, remuneration, monetary credits or a perpetual right to free access.
Each account can start up to three new runs per day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. A run counts when created; resuming it or reading its debrief does not use another credit. A new attempt uses another run, including on the same scenario. Deletion does not restore the credit.
A run allows up to eight replies. Network or AI errors may require retrying a message; resume the saved run before starting another. Contact support if your usage count seems wrong.
5. Future paid offer
Real purchases are unavailable in this beta and participants are not asked for a card. The plans page describes a planned one-time €19 pack of five runs for a future opening.
This future offer is not an existing subscription. Before paid access opens, complete purchase conditions, credit validity, billing, support and applicable cancellation or refund rules will be provided. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Test checkouts are administrator-only and use the payment provider's sandbox mode. Test amounts shown in administration are not revenue or real customer payments.
6. Content and acceptable use
Use fictional or anonymised situations and only content you are entitled to use. Do not enter credentials, sensitive information, identifying client data or confidential material without permission.
Do not try to access other people's data, transfer a Tester seat, bypass limits, introduce malicious code or use the service for illegal activity, harassment or automated assessment of candidates or workers.
You retain rights in your content. You authorise the controller and necessary providers to process it only as required for the service and described in the Privacy policy. You may use and adapt examples from your debrief after checking suitability, accuracy and third-party rights.
Review dictated text before sending. An unsent draft is not guaranteed to survive closing or reloading the page. The app does not queue messages or automatically send them after a connection returns.
7. Availability and limitations
The beta can contain errors, interruptions and changes. Report problems affecting content or credits; the controller will investigate and, when appropriate, correct the problem or restore available access.
Not all conditions in a custom briefing can be checked automatically. Scores do not measure personality and should not be compared indiscriminately across different scenarios or languages.
XP, levels and milestones have no monetary value. Earned progress is stored separately from text, so deleting a conversation does not erase it. Safety-stopped runs award no points. Progress from before this update can only be recovered from sessions still present.
Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, including intentional wrongdoing and gross negligence, or removes mandatory user rights.
8. Suspension and ending access
The controller may suspend or revoke access for abuse, security reasons or the end of the experiment, informing you where possible. Revoking a Tester seat does not prevent reading saved reports except where security or law requires otherwise.
Reasonable notice will be given for a planned beta closure so reports can be downloaded. You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time. Data handling follows the Privacy policy.
9. Changes, law and disputes
Material changes will be presented before a new acceptance is requested. If you do not accept them, you can stop using the service and request account closure.
Italian law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply. Jurisdiction is determined by law; these terms do not impose an exclusive court contrary to user rights. For a practical problem, contact [Contact email to be completed] first.
